ROWER ASSISTANCE REQUEST FORM

Assistance is available for up to 50% of program dues. Currently Rower Assistance is not available for Learn to Row classes. Your request will be kept confidential and will only be made available to the Programs Coordinator in order to administer the Rower Assistance program. If you have any questions, please contact the Programs Coordinator.

The process to request dues assistance is simply to fill out the form below. As a participant in CRU Rower Assistance we do ask that you:

1. Attend at least 75% of the practices for your selected program,
2. Participate in team fundraising, recruiting, and volunteer opportunities.

Please complete and submit this form to request dues assistance. Once submitted, you will receive an email with information on how to register for your selected program.
