Mid-Season Feedback Survey

This is a completely anonymous survey. Please be honest. We are committed to being the best rowing club we can be and we can only do that if we know what we’re doing right and what we need to improve.

Coaches always show respect for the facilities and other clubs at DRC.
Coaches treat all members with respect.
Coaches communicate in a positive way.
Some members are treated as though they are more valuable than other members.
Coaches recognize and reward effort and not just results from all members.
Coaches help members learn and improve.
Coaches provide helpful feedback in a positive way.
Coaches do a good job of rotating whose turn it is to ride in the launch, cox a practice, or erg.
Coaches use positive reinforcement.

Coaches make rowing fun.
Coaches run organized and focused practices.

Practices are challenging and are at an appropriate level for those in attendance.
I would like to have the opportunity to have a one-on-one session with a coach to talk about goals and help me set some.
Please provide feedback about each individual coach. All of our coaches work extremely hard behind the scenes to provide our team with the best possible coaching and practices while working with parts that are always moving. This information will be shared privately with each coach so please remember that the purpose of this is to both praise and critique. Please be kind as well as truthful by providing information that will inform our coaches what team members feel they excel at and what could use a little more attention.
I feel that there are too many channels of communication and it gets confusing knowing where to look.
TeamSnap is easy to use and navigate.
Communications that come from the Programs Coordinator/Operations are clear and helpful.
I know where to go when I have a question or need information.
